There are several local organizations and services that can help you manage and reduce your debt for free or at a very low-cost.

Individuals or families whose income is at or below the current federal poverty level, (about $19,350 a year for a family of four,) and are on a state public assistance program can receive a reduction in their monthly bill for local residential telephone service.

Hungry kids have a hard time learning. Be sure your child has breakfast before going to school – something healthy like fruit or cereal, not a bag of chips!

If you are not eligible for the Oregon Health Plan there are other options available to you.
